As a qualified Counselling Psychologist, Counsellor, and Psychotherapist, I bring a wealth of experience to our sessions. My expertise spans a wide range of issues, including but not limited to managing low moods, eating and personality disorders, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, gender-based violence, chronic pain, and health-related issues. As a Bereavement Counsellor, I can guide you through the process of grief and loss.
